Camperships/Scholarships Available for Grand Canyon Council, BSA Youth, and Adults:

General Campership

A Campership program designated to assist local Grand Canyon Council youth registered in Cub Scouts, Scouts BSA, and Venturing, attend Summer Camp. To request assistance, please complete the Campership form at https://247scouting.com/forms/010-financialassistance. Full and Partial Camperships may be awarded based on the need and availability of funds.

Italian Heritage Campership

Available for any Grand Canyon Council youth of Italian descent registered in Cub Scouts, Scouts BSA, or Venturing. Full and Partial Camperships may be awarded based on the need and availability of funds. To apply for assistance from the Italian Heritage Campership, please fill out the Campership form at https://247scouting.com/forms/010-financialassistance. On the form is a section that asks, “Are you of Italian descent” Be sure to mark “Yes” if applying for these funds.

LGBTQIA+ Scholarship

The Kellenberger + Tollefson Center for LGBTQ Philanthropy has funded a Scholarship for youth, adults, and children of LGBTQ+ parents; who are currently registered in Scouting programs and those wishing to join. To apply for assistance from the K+T LGBTQ Scholarship, please fill out the Campership form at https://247scouting.com/forms/010-financialassistance. Please be sure to complete the section related to the LGBTQIA+ Scholarship.

Scholarship funds are available to assist with the following:

• BSA/GCC membership registration fees
• Summer program “Camperships” (scholarships)
• Training program scholarships for youth and adults
• Uniform and Scouting equipment assistance
• Summer Camp Staff uniform and equipment assistance
